PLEASE NOTE: The eligibility date for 2009 is September 1, 2009. Do not use the 2008 Rule Book for determining eligibility for the 2009 Membership Year! Rule changes that effect the 2009 Membership Year may be made at the 121th Annual Convention held in Cancun, MX from Oct 27-31, 2007. Please check back for updates on or after October 15, 2008.
